Terms of service
The conditions under which CleverCat SpA sells and delivers its software and services. By buying one of our products, you accept these terms.
Who sells
The seller is CleverCat SpA, tax ID (RUT) 78.515.188-7, a company registered in Chile. For any question about a purchase, write to support@clever.cat.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the paid products of CleverCat SpA: CleverCoder, verDesk, DaleHora Pro and Piumy. The price of each one is on Pricing. If a product also has its own license agreement or its own terms, those apply together with these, and they prevail on the matters they specifically cover.
How payment works
Payments are processed by our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record), which charges on our behalf and appears on your receipt. Depending on your country, the final price may include taxes, calculated at checkout.
Subscriptions and licenses
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by writing to support@clever.cat: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and is not charged again.
When you buy, you receive a license key by email. The key is for your own use: it is not shared, published or resold.
Free trial
CleverCoder has a 2-month free trial, no card needed. When it ends, the program asks for a subscription to continue; since you did not leave a payment method, nothing is charged automatically.
Acceptable use
You may not resell the software, redistribute its keys, modify it to bypass the license, or use it for illegal activities. Piumy is open source: its code is governed by its license (AGPL-3.0).
Ownership
Buying a license gives you the right to use the software. It does not transfer its ownership or its code to you.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided as is. We fix the errors reported to us, but we do not guarantee that it works without failures or that it fits a particular purpose. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits the rights that the consumer protection law of Chile or of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. A price change is announced before the next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile.
